South African Copyright Amendment Bill
This week the SA Copyright Amendment Bill [B 13—2017] was formally introduced into Parliament. See: https://www.parliament.gov.za/storage/app/media/Docs/bill/ffd3aa9e-77f2-4903-b496-13fa282056ef.pdf
We now wait to hear when public hearings will be held in the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry at Parliament in Cape Town. Notices should be published in the Government Gazette and in local newspapers. You will be able to make submissions and/or presentations to the Portfolio Committee at that stage.
