RESOLUTION ON AN AFRICAN REGIONAL CENTRE
FOR APPLIED RESEARCH AND TRAINING IN SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Thirtieth Ordinary Session in Tripoli, Libya from 20 to 28 February, 1978,
Having examined the report of the Administrative Secretary-General on the location of an African Regional Centre for Applied Research and Training in Social Development as contained in document CM/863 (XXX), as well as the report of the Joint OAU/ECA Evaluation Mission:
DECIDES to establish the African Regional Centre for Applied Research and Training in Social Development in Tripoli (Socialist people’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya)
