SPECIAL RESOLUTION
The Council of Ministers meeting in its First Ordinary Session in Dakar, Senegal, from 2 to 11 August 1963,
Having met at the invitation of the Government of Senegal,
EXPRESSES great satisfaction to President Leopold Sedar Senghor, the Government and people of Senegal for the hospitality and fraternity extended to it;
EXPRESSES further its appreciation to President Leopold Sedar Senghor, the Government and people of Senegal for their great contribution to the unity of Africa.
