The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Fifty -fifth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 24 to 28 February 1992,
Considering the warm welcome and fraternal hospitality extended to all delegations,
Considering that the excellent arrangements made by the Transitional Government of Ethiopia had contributed to the success of the Session,
Bearing in mind the statement made during the Opening Session by H. E. Meles Zenawi, President of the Transitional Government of Ethiopia:
