DECISION ON CRITERIA FOR HOSTING AU ORGANS

DOC. EX/CL/99 (V)

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Report;

  2. REQUESTS the Chairperson of the Commission to re-formulate Draft Criteria for hosting AU Organs taking into account the views expressed at the meeting of the PRC;

  3. ALSO REQUESTS the Chairperson of the Commission to refer the draft criteria reformulated to the PRC through its Sub-Committee on Headquarters and Host Agreements for further enrichment before submission to Council;

  4. FURTHER REQUESTS the Chairperson of the Commission to submit a report thereon to the 6th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council.
