The Executive Council:
TAKES NOTE of the Report;
REQUESTS the Chairperson of the Commission to consolidate the proposals herein with those in other documents relating to accreditation and granting of observer status and submit a report thereon to the next Ordinary Session of the Executive Council through the PRC.
