DECISION ON RECRUITMENT

The Executive Council:

1. TAKES NOTE of the Report submitted by the Commission;

2. DECIDES that:

1. considering the urgency of the evaluation/recruitment exercise, the Commission should continue with its work in a transparent manner, taking into account all the principles and criteria set by the Policy Organs of the Union;

2. the Commission should, however, submit the Terms of Reference for the assessment of staff to the PRC for approval as soon as possible.
