DECISION ON THE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE AFRICAN
CONTINENT AND OTHER CONTINENTS OF THE WORLD

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Proposal;

  2. MANDATES the Chairperson of the Commission to undertake the study of the proposal on all its aspects and submit a report to the Executive Council at its next Ordinary Session in July 2004.
