The Assembly,
TAKES NOTE of the election conducted by the Executive Council;
DECIDES to appoint the following person as a Member of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, as elected by the Seventeenth Ordinary Session of the Executive Council held in Kampala, Uganda in July 2010:
