DECISION RELATING TO THE AFRICAN CANDIDATURE FOR THE POST OF SECRETARY-GENERAL OF ITU

Council:



  1. TAKES NOTE of the report of the Standing Nominating Committee on the Candidature of Dr. Henry Chasia to the post of the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU);

  2. DECIDES to endorse the candidature of Dr. Henry Chasia as Africa's sole candidate for the above post.
