DECISION ON THE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE MAPUTO STRUCTURE
PART C - VOLUME II - DOC. EX.CL/331(XI)
The Executive Council:
1. TAKES NOTE of the report of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee’s (PRC) Sub-Committee on Structural Reforms;
2. ACKNOWLEGES the principles that should guide further adjustments to the Structures and REQUESTS the Commission to strictly abide by them as elaborated in the PRC’s report, Document PRC/RPT (XIV);
3. ADOPTS the adjustments to the Maputo Structure - Part C as set out in the PRC’s report, Document PRC/RPT (XIV) and APPROVES its financial implications;
4. APPROVES the changes with respect to the re-titling of some posts in the Maputo Structure for the Department of Social Affairs, without financial implications as set out in the PRC’s report, Document PRC/RPT (XIV).
