DECISION ON THE REPORT OF THE BOARD OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS FOR
THE PAN-AFRICAN PARLIAMENT - DOC. EX.CL/334 (XI)
The Executive Council:
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Board of External Auditors for the Pan-African Parliament;
2. EXPRESSES ITS GRAVE CONCERN at the findings of the External Auditors;
3. ENDORSES the recommendations of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC) as set out in Document PRCZRPT(XIV) with regard to the matter.
4. DECIDES to establish a committee of Council charged with the implementation of the recommendations and the findings of the External Auditors in collaboration with the Commission and PAP, and to report thereon to the next Ordinary Session of the Council scheduled for January 2008.
