The Executive Council,

1. TAKES NOTE of the Report and recommendations of the Meeting of the Specialized Technical Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 6 to16 May 2014 and the Draft Rules of Procedure of the Specialized Technical Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs;

2. APPROVES the Rules of Procedure of the Specialized Technical Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs.
