IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister of Health and Wellness by section 52 of the Public Health Act, the following Order is hereby made —

1. Citation

This Order may be cited as the Notification of Disease (COVID-19) Order, 2020.


2. Notification of disease

The Minister hereby declares that COVID-19 shall be a notifiable disease under the Public Health Act.Dr. Lemogang Kwape,Minister of Health and Wellness.
