I, Fikile Mbalula, MP, Minister of Transport, hereby in terms of regulation 10(7)(a) read with regulations 11A (item B.7 of Annexure B) of the Regulations issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002) hereby issue the directions set out here under:
1)For the purposes of this directions, the following services are declared as critical jobs for essential services:(a)Employees responsible for issuing permits for vehicles carrying an abnormal load.This Notice shall become effective from the date of publication in the Government Gazette.Mr F.A.
