DECISION ON THE AMENDMENT OF TERMS OF REFERENCE
FOR THE PRC SUB-COMMITTEE ON AUDIT MATTERS

The Executive Council,

1. ADOPTS the amendments to the Terms of Reference for the Sub-Committee as proposed;

2. TAKES NOTE of the reservations of the Member States of the Northern African Region on the proposed change of composition of the membership of the Sub- Committee;

3. REQUESTS the PRC to consider, at an appropriate time, the criteria on the composition of Sub-Committees and to report to the Executive Council.
