Article 1
For the duration of the first term of office, Côte d’Ivoire and Nigeria shall represent West Africa on the Board of Directors of the Global Environment Facility for the duration of the first term of office, with Mauritania and Cape Verde serving as alternate members.Article 2
This Regulation shall be published by the Executive Secretariat in the Official Journal of the Community thirty (30) days after its signature by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and shall be communicated to the Board of Directors of the Global Environment Facility.It shall be published within the same time-frame in the National Gazette of each Member State and shall enter into force upon signature.History of this document
