Article 1
ECOWAS membership within the ECOWAS/ECCAS Joint Permanent Regional Monitoring Commission on the fight against trafficking in persons shall be allocated to the following Member States:– Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana and NigeriaArticle 2
Article 3
At the end of the expiration of the tenure of the said States mentioned under Article 1, the Commission shall initiate processes for the selection of the next representative States on the Joint Permanent Regional Monitoring Commission.Article 4
This Regulation shall be published by the ECOWAS Commission in the Official Journal of the Community within thirty (30) days of its signature by the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers. It shall also be published in the official Gazette of each Member State within the same time frame.History of this document
