The website of the National Assembly provides access to the Constitution of Benin.

The Office of the President website carries all recent legislation promulgated in Benin.

The Constitutional Court of Benin performs control for the constitutionality of legislation prior and post promulgation, adjudicates on issues of separation of powers between the organs of state, and has certain powers with respect to elections. 

The website offers access to the jurisprudence of the court from 1991 to date as well as some relevant legislation.

The Supreme Court is the highest court in Benin with appellate jurisdiction in administrative, civil and criminal matters, as well as litigation concerning local elections. 

The website of the Court is under development. Comprehensive archive of its Jurisprudence is avilable on the Juricaf website.

The official website of the Supreme Court does not offer access to its jurisprudence. The website arrangement has made provision for such access in the future though.
