RESOLUTION ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE O-ORDINATING COMMITTEE OF THE BPEAR

The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Twenty- Fourth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 13^th to 21^st February, 1975,

Recalling its Resolution CM/346 (XXIII) on the BPEAR.

Having studied the report of the 9^th Ordinary Session of the OAU Commission of Ten on Refugees;

ADOPTS the Rules of Procedure of the Co-ordinating Committee of the BPEAR as recommended by the Commission of Ten on Refugees.
