SPECIAL RESOLUTION
The Council of Ministers meeting in its Second Extraordinary Session in Lagos, Nigeria, from 24 to 29 February 1964,
EXPRESSES great satisfaction to the Government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for their warm hospitality and generosity to the Member- Delegates and for the extensive facilities provided during the course of the Conference;
EXPRESSES deep gratitude to the Chairman of the Conference for the skill with which he conducted the deliberations of the Conference thus contributing in no small way to its ultimate success;
RECALLS with high appreciation the work of the Secretariat of the Conference whose achievements made the task of all participating in the Conference easier.
