RESOLUTION ON THE LIBERATION COMMITTEE
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Thirteenth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 27 August to 6 September 1969,
Having considered the report of the Liberation Committee,
Having heard the statement of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Senegal, Aware of the need to achieve greater effectiveness in the liberation struggle,
RECOMMENDS to the Assembly of Heads of State and Government to establish a committee entrusted with the task of conducting a study, after consultations with the liberation movements, and all Member States pf the OAU, of the mandate, the structure and the composition of the Co - ordinating Committee for the Liberation of Africa.
