CM/Res. 240 (XVI) COMMISSION OF MEDIATION, CONCILATION AND ARBITRATION
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Sixteenth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 11 to 14 June 1971,
Taking note of Document CM/359 on the changes in the working arrangements of the Commission of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration,
DECIDES to reassess Member States on the basis of the total actual expenses already incurred by the Commission of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration, during the period if had a separate budget;
REQUESTS the Administrative Secretary General to examine the implications o f this decision and propose a suitable procedure of recovering the arrears and making refunds to the Member States concerned;
URGES all Member States to pay their arrears;
REQUESTS the Administrative Secretary General to find ways and means of disposing of all the assets of the Commission of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration.
