REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF SEVEN



The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Seventeenth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 15 to 19 June 1971,


Having examined the report of the Committee of Seven (CM/382), RECOMMENDS:

  1. That discussion on the question be postponed;



  1. That the Co-ordinating Committee for the Liberation of Africa should fo rmulate its views on the report;


  1. That the Committee of Seven should meet at a later date to be announced to review its recommendations in the light of the debate in the Council of Ministers and the views of the Co-ordinating committee for the Liberation of Africa;


  1. That these recommendations should be submitted to the 18 th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers.
