RESOLUTION ON THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1974/75


The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Twenty Second Ordinary Session in Kampala, Uganda, from 1 to 4 April 1974,


Having examined the report of the Advisory Committee on budgetary and Financial Matters,


Having considered the budget estimates submitted by the Advisory Committee on Budgetary and Financial Matters and the General Secretariat for the financial year 1974/75,


  1. DECIDES to adopt the budget estimates for the 1974/75 financial year as submitted by the Advisory committee on budgetary and Financial Matters and the General Secretariat with a reduction of a total sum of 450,000 US dollars affecting Codes 200, 300, 600 and 900.


  1. INVITES the Advisory Committee and the OAU General Secretariat to abide scrupulously by the recommendations of the council of Ministers regarding over expenditure and unauthorized expenditure.
