  1. TAKES NOTE of the Report;

  2. RECOMMENDS the following persons it has elected to the Assembly of the Union for appointment as members of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child:

  1. Prof. Peter Onyekwere Ebigbo (Nigeria)

  2. Dr. Asseffa Bequele (Ethiopia)

  3. Mr. Jean Baptiste Zoungrana (Burkina Faso)

  4. Ms. Nakpa Polo (Togo).
