DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF REGIONAL OFFICE
IN THE FIVE GEOGRAPHICAL REGIONS

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Report;

  2. REQUESTS the Chairperson of the Commission to finalise the study on all aspects and implications of the proposal and submit a report thereon to the 6th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council;

  3. REQUESTS the Commission to solicit the views of Member States and RECs on the location of the office within each Region taking into account the clear criteria laid down by the Commission.
