DECISION ON THE DIGITAL SOLIDARITY FUND

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the briefing by Senegal on the Digital Solidarity Fund and the implementation of its mechanism;

  2. APPEALS to all the Member States of the Union the local authorities, the Civil Society and the African private sector to contribute to the establishment of the Digital Solidarity Fund;

  3. REQUESTS the Commission of the African Union to continue to provide all the necessary assistance for the management of this all important African initiative.
