DECISION ON THE REPORT ON THE SIXTH ORDINARY SESSION OF
THE ADVISORY SUB-COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE, BUDGETARY
AND FINANCIAL MATTERS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE REPORT
OF ERNST AND YOUNG - DOC.EX.CL/86 (V)

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Report;

  2. REQUESTS the Commission to:

  1. Implement the recommendations that have no financial implications;

  2. Calculate, with the assistance of Ernst and Young, the financial implications of the implementation of the other recommendations and submit same for the approval of the policy organs;

  3. Take the necessary measures to get the Draft Financial Rules and Regulations approved by the competent Organs at the 7th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council.
