The Executive Council:

1. TAKES NOTE of the Report;

2. FURTHER TAKES NOTE of the fact that Member States responses have been attached to the above report;

3. DECIDES to recommend to the Assembly to:

ADOPT the 17^th Annual Activity Report of the ACHPR;

AUTHORIZE publication of this report, in accordance with the provisions of Article 59 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights as well as its attachments.
