DECISION ON THE SCALE OF ASSESSMENT

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Ad Hoc Ministerial Committee on the Scale of Assessment and the proposals contained therein;

  2. REQUESTS Member States to carry out consultations on the proposals to enable Council to consider the issue at its next Session;

  3. FURTHER REQUESTS the Ad Hoc Committee to remain seized with the matter in order to enable Assembly reach a final decision in July 2005.
