DECISION ON AFRICA-EUROPE DIALOGUE

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Report;

  2. EXPRESSES ITS CONCERN about the slow implementation of the Cairo Plan of Action and Declaration;

  3. CONSEQUENTLY REQUESTS the AU Troika to take all necessary measures with the European Troika to convene as soon as possible an Africa- Europe Summit in keeping with the spirit and letter of the Cairo Plan of Action.
