DECISION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF
THE BOARD OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS

The Executive Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the nominations submitted by the Regional Deans following consultations within their respective regions;

  2. DECIDES to appoint the following Member States to serve on the Board of External Auditors for the Financial Year 2005;

Central Region:

  1. Burundi

  2. Equatorial Guinea

Eastern Regions

  1. Ethiopia

  2. Madagascar

  3. Rwanda (Alternate)

Northern Region

  1. Mauritania

Southern Region

  1. Malawi

  2. Zambia

Western Region

  1. Benin

  2. Burkina Faso

  3. Cote d'Ivoire

  4. The Gambia (Alternate)
