  1. TAKES NOTE of the report and recommendations of the Meeting of the PRC and Legal Experts on Legal Matters;

  2. DECIDES to adopt the Modalities for the Functioning of the Centre for the Research and Study on Terrorism as contained in Document EXCL/195 (VII) Annex VI.
