Decision on Special Purpose Audit

DECISION ON SPECIAL PURPOSE AUDIT
DOC. EX.CL/247 (IX)

The Executive Council:

1. TAKES NOTE of the special purpose audit report;

2. DECIDES THAT:

1. The report be resubmitted to the Chairperson of the Commission for further consideration who, working in collaboration with the PRC through its Sub-Committee on Advisory, Financial and Budgetary Matters, and Ernst & Young, shall determine any wrong doing and apply the appropriate provisions of the Financial Rules and Regulations for any wrong doing detected;

2. The Chairperson of the Commission shall submit a report to the Executive Council in January 2007.
