DECISION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES OF THE
AFRICAN COURT ON HUMAN AND PEOPLES’ RIGHTS

The Assembly,
TAKES NOTE of the election conducted by the Executive Council Nineteenth Ordinary Session of the Executive Council held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 13 July 2012;
DECIDES to appoint the following persons as Judges of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, as elected for a six (6)-year term:
