DECISION ON THE ELECTION OF JUDGES OF THE
AFRICAN COURT OF HUMAN AND PEOPLES’ RIGHTS

The Assembly,

1. TAKES NOTE of the Report on the Election conducted by the Twenty-Fifth Ordinary Session of the Executive Council held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea on 23 June 2014;

2. DECIDES to appoint the following persons as Judges of the African Court of Human and Peoples’ Rights for a six (6)-year term:

1. Mrs. Solomy Balungui BOSSA (Uganda);

2. Mr. Rafaa BEN ACHOUR (Tunisia);

3. Mr. Angelo Vasco MATUSSE (Mozambique);

4. Mr. Sylvain ORE (Cote d’Ivoire).
