DECISION ON THE DATE AND VENUE OF THE 26™ ORDINARY SESSION
OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE AFRICAN UNION IN JANUARY 2016

The Assembly,

  1. DECIDES that the date of the Twenty-Sixth Ordinary Session of the Assembly which will hold in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, under the theme “2016, African Year of Human Rights, in particular, with focus on the Rights of Women” shall be the following:

  1. Thirty-First Ordinary Session of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC): 24 and 25 January 2016;

  2. Twenty-Eighth Ordinary Session of the Executive Council: 27 and 28 January 2016;

  3. Twenty-Sixth Ordinary Session of the Assembly: 30 and 31 January 2016.
