DECISIONS ON DRAFT LEGAL INSTRUMENTS

The Assembly,

  1. TAKES NOTE of the Recommendations of the Executive Council for the consideration and adoption of the Draft Legal Instruments;

  2. ADOPTS the following Draft Legal Instruments:

  1. Draft Revised AU Financial Rules;

  2. Proposed amendment of Article 22(1) of the African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption;

  3. Draft Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the Rights of Citizens to Social Protection and Social Security;

  4. Proposed amendments to the Statute of the African Union Commission on International Law.
