TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION that the Spanish language was adopted by the African Union as one of the working languages; andAWARE that PAP has Members whose official national language is Spanish;THEREFORE, RESOLVES:

1.THAT, the Spanish language be officially recognized as one of PAP working languages.
