The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Permanent Representatives Committee on the Activity Report of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR);
2. DECIDES to defer consideration of the Activity Report of the ACHPR to its next Ordinary Session scheduled to hold in January 2012.
