DECISION ON THE ELECTION OF FOUR (4) MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN
COMMISSION ON HUMAN AND PEOPLES’ RIGHTS (ACHPR)

The Executive Council,

1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Commission on Election of Four (4) Members of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR);

2. ELECTS the following members of the ACHPR for a six (6)-year term:

3. RECOMMENDS the elected members of the ACHPR to the Twenty-First Ordinary Session of the Assembly held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in May 2013 for appointment.
