Article 7 – Equality in accessing justice
States Parties shall put in place legislative and other measures which promote and ensure the practical realization of equality for women. These measures shall ensure:Article 8 – Marriage and family rights

This Protocol shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the deposit of the Instruments of Ratification by two-thirds of the Member States.Article 42 – Accession
