DECISION ON ELECTION OF THE PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT
OF THE PAN AFRICAN UNIVERSITY COUNCIL

The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Commission on the Election of the President and Vice-President of the Pan African University (PAU) Council;
2. ELECTS Mr. NZINZI Pierre Dominique (Gabon) as President of the PAU Council for a three (3)-year term;
3. RECOMMENDS the elected Member for appointment by the Thirtieth Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the Union;
4. FURTHER RECOMMENDS that the Vice-President of the PAU Council be elected at the Thirty-Third Ordinary Session of the Executive Council scheduled for June/July 2018.
