Invitation to all Stakeholders - from the Gauteng Legislature
The Economic Development Portfolio committee invites you to a public hearing whereby the Committee will be considering the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Bill (B8B-2010). On the 5thJune 2013, the draft Bill was formally referred by the Speaker of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature to the Economic Development Portfolio Committee for consideration and reporting. As required by the Constitution of the Republic and also guided by the Standing Rules of the Legislature, stakeholders are encouraged to participate meaningfully in law making processes through written and verbal submissions during public hearing on the bill that will be convened as follows:
